ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Hurricane Dorian is making its way up the east coast of Florida, Georgia and the Carolinas.
While working during the deadly storm that pounded the Bahamas for over 24 hours, Deputy Tolliver of the Orange County Sheriff's Office in Florida responded to an area of a suspicious vehicle.
Deputies say the car was found in a ditch after an apparent wreck and was partially flooded.
