The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said the surveillance video is too graphic to be released.

The victim's brother said he was dragged on his back and remains in critical condition.

"I'm in shock. Tell you the truth, I'm in shock that something like that could happen. My brother is a good person. When you really think about it, someone like that needs help. Something is wrong with him, " the victim's brother said.

The family did not want his identity revealed as they are fearful for his safety.

He is on a feeding tube and has a brain injury.

A source revealed the victim was naked during the incident.

Police arrested convicted felon Eric Bridges, who now faces an attempted second-degree murder charge.

The victim's brother believes he knew the suspect.

"He had to know the guy for him to take him where he took him, so they had to know each other," his brother said.
