JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is searching for a local man who has not been seen for nearly two years.
Carl Mark Kizer II was last seen by his family on Saturday, Jan. 4, 2020, at his home on Jasper Avenue in Woodland Acres.
Kizer’s vehicle, a 2006 Jeep Liberty, was later found on Regency Square Boulevard. JSO says he has not been seen since being reported missing.
