People in areas that are prone to flooding are definitely at risk during Hurricane Matthew.
At Clark's Fish Camp Seafood Restaurant in Mandarin, the parking lot was already flooded on Thursday night ahead of the effects from Matthew.
Last year, Clark's was closed for nearly a month due to flooding.
We will be closed Thursday and Friday due to Hurricane Matthew. We will update as soon as we know what time we will be...
