CLAY COUNTY, Fla. — Clay County residents now have the opportunity to get the COVID-19 vaccine at pop-up sites in the next few weeks.
Clay County Emergency Management announced Wednesday that through the end of April and early May that they will host a series of walk-up vaccine sites.
Each site will offer the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine. At the site you will be given a date to get your second dose at that same location.
The sites will be open from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. The first site will open April 19.
Anyone age 16 or 17 looking to get the vaccine must have a parent or guardian accompany them in order to receive it.
Below are the dates, times and location of each site:
• April 19 - 20 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.: Little Rain Lake Park, 6725 Little Rain Lake Rd, Keystone Heights
• April 21 - 22 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.: Omega Park, 4317 County Rd 218, Middleburg
• April 23 & 25 - 26 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.: Oakleaf Park, 3979 Plantation Oaks Blvd, Orange Park
• April 27 - 29 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.: Walter Odum Park, 450 Parkwood Drive, Orange Park
• April 30 - May 1 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.: Fire Station 24, 5105 Sweat Rd, Green Cove Springs
• May 3 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.: American Legion Post 250, 3939 County Rd 218, Middleburg
• May 4 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.: Keystone Heights Senior Center, 125 Commercial Circle, Keystone Heights
• May 5 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.: Weigel/Middleburg Senior Center, 3916 Section St, Middleburg
• May 6 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.: Orange Park Senior Center, 414 Stowe Ave, Orange Park
• May 7 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.: Clayton & Mildred Revels Senior Center, 604 Walnut St, Green Cove Springs
