JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Florida is reporting 4,752 new cases in today’s COVID-19 report. This brings the state’s total to 491,884,

Locally, northeast Florida added 265 new cases.

Duval County added 165 cases overnight. The county is also reporting two new deaths, a 66-year-old woman and a 87-year-old woman.

Nassau County added 17 cases. The county is also reporting one new death, a 65-year-old man.

Baker County added 17 cases, bringing the total to 403 cases. The daily positive testing rate for the past two weeks is at 10.5 percent. The Clay County added 27 cases, bringing the total to 2,935 cases. The daily positive testing rate for the past two weeks is at 8.5 percent. St. Johns County is reporting 39 cases.

UF Health says they have 97 total patients with COVID-19. 26 of those patients are in the ICU. Baptist Health is reporting 143 patients with COVID-19. 31 of those patients are in the ICU.

TESTING

The COVID-19 Drive-thru Testing Site at Flagler Hospital will be closed Monday due to potential impacts from Tropical Storm Isaias. Flagler Hospital anticipates re-opening the site on Tuesday, weather permitting.

Federal testing sites in Northeast Florida are closed as well because of Tropical Storm Isaias. The Legends Center Testing site is expected to reopen Tuesday morning.
