Deputies said they have a person of interest in custody after a shooting in Union County on Sunday.
Union County Sheriff's Office began investigating after someone was shot at Lake Butler Apartments on SW 6th Street around 5 p.m.
Rescue crews found one person shot and saw a potential suspect flee the area, deputies said.
Crews were not able to revive the victim.
Deputies have a person of interest in custody and are interviewing witnesses.
