CLAY COUNTY, Fla. — UPDATE: Westbrook has been located in Orange Park at the Intowne Suites and is being spoken with.
The Clay County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in locating Daniel Westbrook.
Deputies believe he was the driver in a hit-and-run in Fleming Island early Tuesday morning.

"The incident started as a DUI investigation where the driver of the vehicle and passengers refused to stop. The incident ended after the driver crashed the car and fled," CCSO stated.
The two passengers have been detained and arrested for separate charges.
Westbook does not have a driver's license according to CCSO, and possibly has a warrant from Marion County.
He is not believed to be armed or dangerous and may be in the Green Cove Springs area.
