JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The District Four Substation off Blanding Boulevard has been closed to the public until further notice due to storm flooding, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
However, five other district substations and the Police Memorial Building in downtown Jacksonville remain open to assist residents.
