JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Pre-registration is officially open for Let’s Drive Jax, a driver’s license reinstatement program organized by the Duval County Clerk’s Office. The initiative aims to help citizens safely and legally restore their driving privileges.
The two-week expo will take place Oct. 12–16 and Oct. 19–23 at the courthouse.
The expo acts as a one-stop shop, allowing participants to work directly with appropriate state agencies and the court. Drivers do not need to know the specific reason their license is invalid. The Clerk’s Office will research each individual situation prior to the event.

After reviewing an applicant’s driving record, the Clerk’s Office will contact the participant to explain the necessary steps for reinstatement. Staff members will then set up a designated appointment time for the participant to come to the courthouse.
