City of Jacksonville looking for feedback on e-scooters downtown

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Have you ridden an e-scooter in downtown Jacksonville? Or have you had an encounter with one?

The DIA Dockless Mobility Program brought the e-scooters to downtown Jacksonville for a one-year pilot program. Now, the City of Jacksonville is asking for the public to share their experience with the scooters to help determine the future of the program.
