JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — State Road 105/Heckscher Drive at Blount Island will be closed starting Friday, May 6 at 7 p.m.
The Florida Department of Transportation has confirmed a conveyor bridge will be removed during the closure. The road will reopen on Sunday, May 8 at 5:30 a.m.
In the meantime, drivers can take Dave Rawls Boulevard and Blount Island Boulevard on Blount Island as an alternative routes.
