GoFundMe set up for family of 2-year-old who drowned in Jacksonville pool

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A family is grieving after a 2-year-old boy “lost his precious life,” after drowning in his family’s pool.

According to a GoFundMe set up for the family, Westan Robertson was found in the pool on Sunday. He died early Monday morning.

A GoFundMe representative said the “tragedy happened in the Oceanway neighborhood.”

The family previously lost another child. The GoFundMe organizer wrote, “We reached the first goal of $10,000 and set a new goal to $15,000 for a headstone to match Westan’s big brother Joey.”
