JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is seeking information regarding the whereabouts of Tablount Luvar Cottingham, 21.
JSO says the suspect is wanted for lewd battery and is known to frequent the areas of West 45th street and Moncrief Road, Wilson Boulevard and Lane Avenue, and Melvin Road and Ricker Road.
The suspect jas a prominent tattoo on this throat and upper chest that says “PAIN” and several tattoos on his arms.
