JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — UPDATE: Lydell Brown turned himself in to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office. He has been arrested and charged with sexual battery and failure to appear.

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is seeking information from the public that will help locate Lydell Gerard Brown, 22.
Police said he is wanted for sexual battery. No other details have been released at this time.
