JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A man died after being shot Friday afternoon near Webster and Spring streets in Lackawanna, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said.
Police said they have a woman in custody who they believe is a suspect in the shooting. Investigators believe the shooting is connected to an incident that happened Thursday.

Action News Jax’s Christy Turner said at one point, a fight broke out near where the shooting happened as officers investigated. After police gave a briefing on the investigation, another argument broke out.
