JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office has made two arrests regarding the shooting that occurred on Oct. 17 at 9400 Atlantic Blvd.
The victim was 18-year-old Laramie Bowen who was fatally injured from his gunshot wounds.
After an investigation was conducted, it was revealed that 14-year-old Ryan Turner and 17-year-old Manning Kinney were attempting to commit a robbery alongside Bowen when he was shot.
As a result, Turner and Kinney were arrested and charged with 2nd degree felony murder in the shooting death of Bowen.
