CHILD FOUND: 9-year-old reported missing has been found safe, JSO says

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — 11:30 P.M. UPDATE:

JSO said the child has been found safe.

ORIGINAL:

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is searching for a 9-year-old boy who was last seen just after 8 p.m. in the Arlington area.

Jasiah Davis was reported missing around 8:15 p.m. after he walked away from his home near the 5000 block of Arlington Expressway, according to JSO.

Davis is a Black male, four feet tall, 120 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair and a fade cut with “DJ” on the left side.

Davis was last seen wearing a dark grey shirt, dark grey shorts, and red and black shoes.

Due to his young age, JSO is concerned for his safety due to his young age.
