JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is looking for 31-year-old Reginald Jerrod Williams who is a battery and criminal mischief suspect.
He is described as a 6′2″ Black male with brown eyes and black hair. He has the word “Shay” tattooed above his right eyebrow.
