UPDATE: FHP arrests driver of Tahoe that ran over motorcycle on Beach Blvd.

Jacksonville, Fl — The Florida Highway Patrol has arrested the driver of a Chevy Tahoe who fled the scene of a deadly crash with two motorcycles.

The crash happened as traffic was slowing for a red light on westbound Beach Boulevard near Tamaya Boulevard around 7 p.m. Thursday. Video obtained by FHP shows the Tahoe run over one of the drivers and then fled the scene.

A 28-year-old man from Jacksonville died at the hospital. The other rider had minor injuries.

Troopers are seeking an early 2000′s Black Chevy Tahoe with a front bull bumper, black Chevy emblem on grill, roof racks, running boards, rain guards. The center brake light is not working and after-market headlights.
