JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Video and pictures sent to Action News Jax by a Latitude 360 employee show some of the entertainment restaurant employees' final checks have bounced.
The employee said it shows a bank teller handing back canceled checks to him and several of his coworkers because there wasn't enough money in the company's account to pay them.

He also sent Action News Jax pictures he said show some employees waiting outside the company's corporate office on the Southside to pick up those final paychecks.
Latitude 360's Philips Highway and Indianapolis locations shut down last week after a string of financial problems.
Several employees have told us for months their paychecks bounced frequently long before the shutdown.
