JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A flipped car in the eastbound lanes of Butler Boulevard at Hodges Boulevard is causing traffic delays Friday morning. Emergency crews are on the scene directing traffic which was flowing in one lane on the shoulder at 8:35 a.m.
