JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Here’s what the First Alert Weather Team said you can expect for the forecast:
- A few widely scattered showers inland this evening; otherwise, partly cloudy overnight.
- A few showers & isolated t’storms – especially inland – will redevelop Friday with highs in the mid to upper 80s.
- Rainfall coverage will increase over the weekend with on-and-off showers & a few t’storms Saturday-Sunday but with some dry hours too. Highs will top out in the 80s.
- Much cooler air will arrive next week with gusty winds off the Atlantic – local nor’easter conditions. Highs will be in the 70s with on-and-off rain continuing.

- Fay remnants over the Central Atlantic are unlikely to redevelop. Next Atlantic name: “Isaias”. Always more: “Talking the Tropics With Mike”.
