“It’s shocking,” Lemaster said.
Lemaster said the physical conditions on Roses Bluff Road present hazards for anyone traveling on foot or by bicycle.

“It’s a little more rural than let’s say like the (State Road) 200 area or maybe the concourse. Here, the road is a little narrower. There isn’t much room for a pedestrian to walk or or even ride a bike. You’re going to be in the ditch if you’re riding a bike. It is a very small road back there,” Lemaster said.
Lemaster urged the driver involved in the collision to contact authorities.
“I just hope the person comes forward and does the right thing. I mean, there is a family out there that unfortunately is suffering,” Lemaster said.
