Florida-Georgia game to remain in Jacksonville for two more years

Jacksonville, Fla. — The City of Jacksonville has confirmed that the annual football game between the Florida Gators and the Georgia Bulldogs will be played in Jacksonville during the 2024 and 2025 seasons.

The current agreement had the game in Jacksonville through the 2023 season, with the option to extend the game for two more years as long as the two schools notified the city by June 30.

That notification is expected to come this week.
