Gov. Brian Kemp and the First Lady of Georgia are taking new steps to combat human trafficking in honor of January being Human Trafficking Awareness Month.
The state is providing free online training to help people become aware of how they can help eliminate the problem of human trafficking within communities.
The video below explains what human trafficking is, provide examples of the groups involved in human trafficking, gives guidance on key indicators of human trafficking and highlights the various ways for reporting human trafficking.
