Grief counselors: How you can find help in Jacksonville

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Action News Jax’s Tenikka Hughes recently interviewed a local psychologist, Dr. Rose Zayco, about healthy ways to deal with loss and grief.

“It’s important to know that the range of emotions are very normal. One day, you might feel overcome with anger, another day, you might be crying uncontrollably. Another day, you might be very withdrawn and just want to be under the covers in your, in your bedroom. And if you find that it’s just feeling too intense and overwhelming, reach out for support. Grief is not something to do alone,” Zayco said.
