Group of brothers prays before first day of school in Jacksonville

Video shows a group of brothers praying before the first day of school in Jacksonville.

Students returned to school in Duval and Columbia counties on Monday.

A Jacksonville mom sent Action News Jax a video of what she called a brothers prayer circle.

"Since they took prayer out of the schools, they pray before going to school," the mom said.

She said the oldest brother is a freshman at Ed White High School, where he's a varsity football player.

His younger brothers go to SOS Academy, Hyde Park Elementary and Hyde Grove Elementary, she said.
