Jacksonville man reportedly missing for several weeks

A Jacksonville man is still missing Saturday weeks after his family said they last heard from him.

According to a Bring our Missing Home, Inc. flyr, 35-year-old Robert T. McLaughlin went missing Sept. 25 after last being seen at about 10 p.m. at his apartment. McLaughlin is a rap artist also known as Royal Francis or Rob Francis.

The flyer states McLaughlin didn't take any personal belongings or his car with him, and he has no wallet or ID.

McLaughlin has since not contacted family and friends. His mother told Action News Jax she knew something was wrong when her son didn't show up for a car appointment.

The Jacksonville man is described as 5 foot 10 inches and weighing 210 pounds. He has tattoos on both his forearms and a metal rod in his left arm. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt and black shorts.
