The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is searching for missing Alphonso Hogg, 67, who was last seen visiting his wife at Brooks Rehabilitation on University Boulevard.
Hogg has dementia, according to JSO, and was last seen walking out of his wifes hospital room around 11 a.m. Monday morning.

According to police, Hogg does not know where he lives, his phone number or anything else besides his name.
Hogg was last seen wearing a Washington Redskins t-shirt, khaki pants and black tennis shoes, according to JSO.
Mr. Hogg is 5' 6" and 120 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes, according to JSO.
