JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office announced Tuesday afternoon that it has arrested Michael Shawn Hand, 43, in connection with a murder in the Jacksonville's Cedar Hills neighborhood Saturday.
JSO said the investigation showed the death was related to a drug transaction.
Hand has been charged with murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, according to JSO.
