CLAY COUNTY, Fla. — The last suspect in the death of a Clay County teen appeared Wednesday in court where a judge denied him bail.
Ozell McNabb Jr., 22, turned himself into the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday.
McNabb and three others are suspected in the shooting death of Kolton Shearer, 18, over the weekend.
The three other suspects, Taurean Johnson, 28, Jordan Tyler Coleman, 20, and Alexandra Schreffler, 21, were arrested Sunday and had their first appearance on Monday.
The judge ordered them held without bail.
Shearer was found dead, another man was injured and another was not hurt in the incident, deputies said.
Deputies are waiting on ballistics tests to figure out who pulled the trigger.
McNabb is expected to be back in court on Aug. 12.
