JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Al’s Pizza has closed its Riverside location after 23 years of serving the neighborhood, the company announced Tuesday.
In a statement, the restaurant thanked customers, friends and team members who helped make the location a neighborhood staple.
“We will miss serving you,” said the restaurant’s owners.
Al’s Pizza continues to operate four other locations, near Baymeadows, San Pablo, Neptune Beach and Ponte Vedra.
The company encourages customers to visit those locations going forward.
