ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. — The man accused in the death of an artist is expected to have his first appearance before a judge Wednesday morning.
Authorities found the body of Jordie Hudson, 45, Tuesday in St. Johns County after a suspect led them to the body. Law enforcement said John Branson killed Hudson and later led them to her body.
Christeen Thomas, 29, has been charged with accessory after the fact. She helped lead investigators to Branson and provided information about what happened to Hudson, authorities said.
Hudson was reported missing on April 14 by her mother.
Branson faces charges in her death.
