DUVAL COUNTY, Fla. — A man is recovering after being injured in a shooting overnight at the Bentley Green Apartments.
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office responded to the shooting, which the complex is located on Baymeadows about a mile east of Interstate 95.

The victim was shot three times inside an apartment. JSO said there was no forced entry and the motive is not known at this time.
Officers said there are not suspects at this time, but are questioning three witnesses that were in the apartment at the time.
The victim is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
