JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — UPDATE 6:43 PM: The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office announced that Ellie was found safe.
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in finding a missing 15-year-old girl who was last seen on Friday afternoon on Dunn Avenue near Lem Turner Road.
According to JSO, 15-year-old Ellie Lowry was last seen around 2:30 p.m. Ellie is diagnosed with multiple mental health disorders.
Ellis is described as being 5′5″ and weighs 180 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black dress and flip-flops. Her right arm is bandaged above the elbow, and she walks on her tiptoes.
The sheriff’s office encourages anyone who knows where she is to contact them at 904-630-0500.
