JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Monster Jam will bring 12,000-pound trucks and drivers to VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville on Sept. 5 and Sept. 6.
The event features driver competitions in three categories: Racing, 2 Wheel Skills and Freestyle. General public ticket sales began May 12 on Ticketmaster.com, following an advance pre-sale period for registered preferred customers.
The arena is located at 300 A. Philip Randolph Blvd. in Jacksonville. On Saturday, Sept. 5, show times are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. A single show is scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 6, at 1:00 p.m.Pre-event Pit Party sessions are scheduled for both Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
The Pit Party allows attendees to view the vehicles up close, meet drivers for autographs and learn how the trucks are built. Entry requires both an event ticket and a Pit Party pass.
A Trackside experience takes place approximately one hour before the main show, featuring driver interviews, pit crew previews, giveaways and opening ceremonies. During the event, fans can score driver performances in real time to help determine the champion.
The Monster Jam weekend in Jacksonville is scheduled for Sept. 5 and Sept. 6 at VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena.
