NASSAU COUNTY, Fla. — Youth Leadership Nassau is currently accepting applications for its upcoming eight-month leadership program. The program is open to youth ages 15 to 18, with applications due Sept. 18.
The program consists of one monthly session over eight months. Participants will engage in hands-on experiences and leadership training designed to connect them with local leaders, community partners and stakeholders while exploring career opportunities across Nassau County.
Program organizers are seeking community involvement to assist with the monthly sessions. Local business representatives can participate as speakers, host a session, or support the program through donations.
Three program leads are coordinating the initiative. Spencer Hewitt represents Nassau County four-H, Martin Pruitt represents Nassau County Animal Services, and Gabby Miller represents Netting Professionals LLC.
Applications must be submitted online by Sept. 18.
