Officers took a man into custody after he made suicidal threats while streaming live on Facebook, police said.
Officers swarmed a McDonald's at Normandy Blvd. and Fouraker Road on Sunday evening after the man's phone pinged in the parking lot.
The man was inside his car with a shotgun and refused to get out, officers said.
Witnesses told Action News Jax officers with rifles and K9 units were outside the store.
Officers talked the man out of the car and took him into custody. He was placed under the Baker Act.
