An Orange Park woman is the first person to win $1 million in the Florida Lottery's new $10 million World Class Cash Scratch-Off Game.
Oanh Tran, 39, of Orange Park, took a one-time, lump-sum payment of $748,000.
Tran purchased her winning ticket from Kangaroo Express, at 8496 Blanding Boulevard in Jacksonville. Kangaroo Express got a $2,000 bonus.
The $25 game scratch-off game launched Feb 28.
