DUVAL COUNTY, Fla. — An overturned tractor-trailer has blocked an Interstate 95 northbound off ramp Friday afternoon to Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway, 20th Street.
The tractor-trailer also spilled 23 tons of wood chips on the side of the road. The trailer was hauling the load from Jacksonville to the Lake Butler area.
The co-worker of the truck driver told Action News that the driver is OK. No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
It is not known when the lanes will open to traffic.
