BRUNSWICK, Ga. — A police chase Tuesday in Brunswick ended with an SUV striking a home, sending three people to the hospital.
Officers with the Brunswick Police Department responded to a reported stolen vehicle just after 10:30 a.m. in the 2900 block of Reynolds Street. Officers saw an SUV matching the description when patrolling the area. The driver attempted to flee in the SUV.

The driver lost control of the SUV near the intersection of L and Wolf streets prior to the officers activating the emergency equipment, said BPD. The SUV then ran into the northwest corner of a home, according to officers.
The driver, Robert Lamar Pinkney of Brunswick, then ran from the vehicle and was later captured by police, BPD said.
The suspect and two residents, who were inside the home at the time of the crash, were taken to the Southeast Georgia Health System for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
