JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Police have identified a man struck and killed by a car in front of the Riverside YMCA last month.
Authorities said a car turning left off Riverside Avenue hit 59-year-old Armanodo Calvo as he walked along the street.
A second car driving in the opposite lanes struck Calvo, police said. He died at the scene.
Police said impairment by either driver does not appear to be a factor in the crash.
