Jacksonville police are asking for the community's help in locating a 74-year-old missing man from the city's Westside.
Charles Sapp suffers from several medical conditions including short term memory loss. He was last seen leaving his home in the 6900 block of Old Middleburg Road on June 17, after telling a neighbor he was going for a drive.
He may be driving a gray Hyundai with the license plate ACF-T42 similar to the one pictured below.
He is described as 6 feet tall and weighs about 230 pounds.
He is bald and has hazel eyes.
Sapp was last seen wearing blue jeans.
