President Donald Trump has declared that a major disaster exists in Florida.
The order allows federal aid to supplement state, tribal and local recovery efforts in the areas affected by Hurricane Irma beginning on Sept. 4.
Trump's action makes funds available to people in Charlotte, Collier, Hillsborough, Lee, Manatee, Miami-Dade, Monroe, Pinellas and Sarasota counties.
The U.S. Coast Guard, FEMA and all Federal and State brave people are ready. Here comes Irma. God bless everyone!
