Approximately 1,711 JEA customers in the Jacksonville area are without power.
The issue was reported at 6:16 a.m. Wednesday.
Power is expected to be restored at 8:31 a.m., according to JEA.

This comes on the coldest morning of the week, with temperatures as low as 33 degrees.

There are also reports of power outages in Putnam County with at least 60 people affected.
