Jacksonville police said they have arrested the second suspect in connection to the 2015 murder of a Blind Rabbit employee.
Devonte Hanford, 22, was arrested and charged Saturday with murder and armed robbery in the 6900 block of Lenoir Avenue for the murder of Daniel Rowe, which happened two years ago.
Rowe, a young father and cook, was shot and killed July 22, 2015 at the Riverside restaurant while taking out the trash. The restaurant has since closed.
Erron Coleman, who is also accused of killing Rowe, entered a plea deal Monday in court. The state recommends a life sentence without the possibility of parole for him.
