Southbound I-95 in Southeast Georgia shut down due to crash

CAMDEN COUNTY, Ga. — A crash has Interstate 95 southbound shut down in Camden County, deputies said.

GA511 reports that a vehicle is on fire in the area.

It’s happening at mile marker 7, according to the Camden County Sheriff’s Office.

One northbound lane of I-95 in the area is also shut down, while two lanes remain open.

Motorists are asked to avoid the area if possible, and expect delays and use caution if you do have to travel through the area.
