St. Augustine student suspended indefinitely over gun photo settles with school

An update to a story you first saw on Action News Jax: A St. Augustine college has settled with a student who was kicked out of school for a photo that was posted online.

The picture, which was taken in May, shows Dia'mon Dallas and her boyfriend at a gun range.

TRENDING: 

A fellow student at First Coast Technical College reported the photo and Dallas was suspended indefinitely.

Dallas, who told us at the time she was an "A" student, sued the college.
