ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. — A new Amazon facility is possible in St Johns County, according to St. Johns County’s deputy county administrator.
They told Action News Jax that the project could bring in 150 full-time jobs and another 200 driver position.
Hiring rate will start at $15 per hour.
The value of the building has not been released.
Amazon did not confirm the project but did give Action News Jax this statement,
“Amazon is a dynamic business and we are constantly exploring new locations and weighing a variety of factors when deciding where to develop future sites to best serve customers, however, we have a policy of not commenting on our future roadmap.”
